Certified since 2016 for compliance with the international standard of quality management system that demonstrates the ability to consistently provide services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. CWT-SML Logistics successfully implemented the new ISO 9001:2015 standards in 2018 and attained the upgraded certification in the same year.
Authorized Economic Operator
CWT-SML Logistics has been an AEO since 2018. This certifies that all international movement of goods in functions approved by the UAE Customs Administration are compliant with World Customs Organization or equivalent supply chain security standards.
Sedex
CWT-SML Logistics has been a member of SEDEX since 2017 and in compliance with SEDEX Member Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA 4-Pillar Audit), a globally recognised way to assess responsible supply chain activities, including labour rights, health & safety, the environment, and business ethics.
National Association of Freight and Logistics (NAFL)
Member since 2003. NAFL has being the oldest association of freight logistics service provider in the Middle East that sets the benchmark for an improved industry and drives its members to display a new level of professionalism and global consciousness.
VAT-designated Zone
Our facilities are located within a VAT Designated Zone under UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations. These zones are treated as outside the UAE for VAT purposes in certain cases.
SOC-1 Type II Report
