CWT-SML Logistics builds, owns, and operates a total of 100,000 square metres of storage space in the Jebel Ali Free Zone and Dubai Logistics City in Dubai South. The space includes distribution centres (DC) for dry and temperature-controlled storage and open yard storage to support the regional growth of companies from various industries such as Imaging Products, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Liquor, Switches & Lightings, Industrial Equipment, Lubricants, Oil & Gas Equipment and Automobiles. Options, including racking, bins, shelving, bulk stacking, and open yard storage, are available to meet the different storage needs of our customers.

Jafza North – DC1

Strategically located in the northern part of the Jebel Ali Free Zone, next to the Jebel Ali Sea Port, DC1 offers a total of 13,000 square metres of covered warehouse space with ambient and temperature-controlled facilities at 22ºC (±2°C). The fully insulated structure maintains heat and humidity control without incurring additional energy. Our state-of-the-art fire safety systems and TAPA-compliant 24/7 security setup give our customers peace of mind regarding the security of their goods stored in our facility.

  • Storage system includes selective pallet racking, double-deep pallet racking, bulk stacking, long-span shelving, modular shelving, and open yard storage.
  • 14 dock levelers facilitate the loading and unloading of containers and trucks.
Jafza South – DC2

Being the largest facility being built, DC2 offers 19,000 square metres of covered warehouse space on the southern part of the Jebel Ali Free Zone, providing quick access to the rest of the UAE and GCC through Dubai’s most used freeways, Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road. Ambient and temperature-controlled facilities at 22ºC ±2°C are offered within this building, which is fully insulated to control heat and humidity. Our state-of-the-art fire safety systems and TAPA-certified 24/7 security setup give our customers peace of mind regarding the security of their goods stored in our facility.

Dubai South – DC3

Strategically located next to the Dubai South Headquarters (previously known as Dubai World Central), the Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road an Al Maktoum Airport, the facility in Dubai Logistics City spans 12,500 square metres. DC-3 offers covered ambient storage with an epoxy coating and holding tanks suitable for storing non-hazardous chemicals.

  • Storage system includes selective pallet racking, double-deep pallet racking, bulk stacking, and open yard storage.
  • 15 dock levelers to facilitate the loading and unloading of containers and trucks.
  • 22ºC ±2°C temperature-controlled storage is available throughout the entire facility.
Dubai South – DC4

Spanning 13,000 square metres, DC4 is in the vicinity of DC3, and has easy access to Al Maktoum Airport and the rest of the UAE and GCC via the Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road. With the large number of loading/unloading docks, DC4 is suitable for high-throughput cargo like consumer electronics and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Ambient and temperature-controlled facilities at 22ºC ±2°C are offered; the fully insulated building structure controls heat and humidity.

Dubai South – DC5

Situated in Dubai Logistics City, this warehouse has easy access to Al Maktoum Airport and the rest of the UAE and GCC via the Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road. The facility, spanning 13,500 square metres, has 23 loading/unloading docks  suitable for high throughput cargo such as consumer electronics and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Ambient and temperature-controlled facilities at 22ºC ±2°C are offered, and the fully insulated building structure controls heat and humidity.

  • Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Storage system with multiple beam heights to cater for different pallet heights.
  • 23 dock levelers to facilitate the loading and unloading of containers and trucks.
Dubai South – Open Yard

Since 2015, we have been offering open-yard storage, supporting customers’ storage requirements for items such as oil & gas equipment, wheeled vehicles, and construction material. Adjacent to DC3 and DC4 in Dubai Logistics City, our 25,000 square-metre open yard is laid with road base and cold asphalt to facilitate cargo movements. The yard is secured with a 2.4m fence and 24/7 security personnel.
