CWT-SML Logistics is a leading third-party logistics service provider that offers quality warehousing and related logistics services like cargo loading and unloading, customs broker services, domestic and cross-border transportation, and other value-adding services.
We are committed to creating a culture that fosters learning, a quality and customer-oriented mindset among our people, compliance with statutory, regulatory and customer requirements, and continuously improving the way we operate and serve our customers.
The implementation of the quality policy is the responsibility of all staff; overall responsibility resides with the CEO and all heads of departments. It is compulsory that all staff recognise and accept our philosophy of quality service delivery and accountability for their own output.
